Youth Connect Australia’s advantage stems from our extensive experience in child protection, the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), law enforcement, and out-of-home care. Our current leadership team brings industry experience across various community-based sectors. Members of our leadership team have actively engaged with the Human Quality Services Framework and have a thorough understanding of the quality standards and expectations necessary to comply with child safety legislation. With over 40 years of experience working with young individuals in out-of-home care, we are well-equipped to provide staff with advanced training, supervision, and professional development.

Furthermore, our leadership team maintains established professional relationships with key governing bodies, including Child Safety, the Placement Services Unit, and Investment and Partnerships.

Additionally our team have established relationships with key stakeholders including Child Safety Service Centres, Queensland Police Service, Evolve Therapeutic Services, Youth Justice and the legal community. Youth Connect Australia pride ourselves on our ability to build and maintain relationships with others, knowing that these relationships are at the cornerstone of being able to support our children, young people and families to achieve positive outcomes.

We have extensive experience in supporting young people to achieve their transitional goals and successfully complete transitional tasks that allow them to transition to adulthood as well-equipped as they can be.
